Community Hearts

These packs are what 1000 Hearts is all about, sharing kindness through hand-made pocket hearts. Made by volunteer heartists from all over Australia (and sometimes other places too), they are perfect for community groups and events.

Community Heart packs are sold through the website and are also gifted by 1000 Hearts to charities, groups and individuals who are unable to afford the cost of hearts. The purchase price covers the production and postage costs so we can continue to provide these hearts and share kindness wherever it's needed. 

Each pack contains 25 individually wrapped pocket hearts.

Community hearts are made by different people and your batch will contain different colours, materials and sewing styles - the photos show examples only. Most hearts are decorated with embroidery, buttons and embellishments. Each batch is different and may contain a mix of wool and acrylic felt.

If neatness and consistency is a priority or if you want plain hearts, you might prefer to purchase the original plain pockets hearts which are all made by 1000 Hearts founder, Sarah (also available in this store).
