Create your own group

You can bring people together to make hearts in your home, workplace or community. It's a wonderful way to connect and catch up with purpose.

Groups can be casual or structured - whatever works for you and your participants. You can find resources, materials and guidelines on this website (there's even a specific kit for groups) and there is information about making hearts with different age groups here.

It works really well if your group makes hearts for a purpose with meaning - there are lots of ideas about where you can share your hearts here.

You might even like to set your group the challenge of making 1000 hearts for a local charity, hospital or group. There's a special kit for that here.

If you'd like to share the research base behind 1000 hearts, you can find out more about it in this document, and it might be helpful to have our workshop guide on hand help make your group a success.

If you have any questions or need help with any aspect of your group, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Read our Stories

One of the best parts of 1000 Hearts is hearing stories about how our hearts make a difference to people around the world. It is heart-warming and deeply touching to realise the difference we can make to each other through simple acts of kindness.
