This thread is hand-dyed by Sarah, the founder and director of 1000 Hearts and it's pretty gorgeous! I have used DMC thread for dyeing as it is good quality and works well for hearts.
This six-strand thread comes as an eight metre skein, wound around a reusable plastic floss card as pictured. Variegations in colour are quite short and frequent, meaning you get regular colour changes as you stitch around a heart or when using to embellish your hearts.
Colours are generally quite soft without being pale and you have several to choose from. The overall feel is fresh, pretty and sweet - enjoy!
