1000 Hearts Workshop Guide

My goal in creating 1000 Hearts is to spread love and kindness far and wide and I can't do it all by myself! I encourage you to make your own hearts and bring this project to life in your world by telling others about it and encouraging them to spread the love too.

With this in mind, I've created this plan to help you run a heart-making session with a group of any size. This 5 page PDF contains the background to 1000 Hearts, instructions and ideas for running a group and links to relevant reading and resources. It includes ideas for variations such as working with young people or large groups and different activities you can add to your session.
